Courtney
I met up with Courtney today in the Botanical Gardens in Ft Worth for a senior session. We had lots of fun and I loved how she had such a sweet glow over her.............. she is a natural beauty. The heat was crazy so we will meet again in the Stockyards for the 2nd half of the session in a few days.
My Moo Cards Are Here!
My Moo Cards are here! I'm excited, they are small and cute. About 1/2 the size of regular biz cards. It was hard to pick what of my images to print on them. They have other goodies too! Check them out. http://www.moo.com/

Mia & Holden
Yesterday I met Mia and Holden (along with there mother) in the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. Beautiful morning, Gorgeous kiddos! We wanted to capture them just being themselves. No strict poses just them being..........their cute selves! I could just eat them up. Look at their sweet faces. Mia couldn't wipe the smile off her face. I just love her toothy smile, you know by looking at her she is six! I'm really liking how the pix are lending to black and white.

South Haven, MI
I have never seen Lake Michigan, so while we were so very close on our trip last month to Holland Michigan it was suggested we exit at South Haven and see the lake from there. By the time we got there it had turned cold and had started to mist rain. Such a charming little town, I would love to spend some real time there. We walked out to the light house for our view of the lake and the harbor in South Haven. We only stayed a short time and had to hit the road to make it back to central Illinois by a decent hour. As we left it started to snow these big fluffy flakes, it was such a change from earlier in the day at the tulip farm in Holland.

Too Soon.........................
Today I went to a funeral of a young girl. Megan was a friend of my daughters since we moved to Fort Worth many years ago. They had gone to school from the 7th grade on, and since graduating from high school had remained good friends and kept in touch. Megan will be missed by everyone who was blessed to know her.
My thoughts and prayer are with her parents and her brother.
