Wabash-Canonball Bridge

In St. Francisville, Il there is this beautiful old bridge that spans the Wabash River between Illinois and Indiana. The Canonball Bridge was once used by the railroad then converted for light traffic to cross the river. This bridge is over one hundred years old. Crossing is such a unique experience, no traffic lights........just courteous drivers. On this day in November 2006, it was late evening and we had some of the most beautiful light. This is definitely a place I want to go again.
