I met Charles Bel at the Art Goggle. He stood out in the room with his red hat. I asked him if I could take his picture and he obliged. We got to talking and I found out he was into photography as well, which is always something I love to talk about. LOL. Charles documents trains, not just any trains but among them BNSF.
